Sales & Revenue
Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies for Myspa's SaaS solutions.
Participate directly in sales with sales members
Establish and allocate monthly/quarterly revenue targets for the sales team.
Track, analyze, and report revenue performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive lead generation, conversion, and retention.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage, coach, and motivate the Myspa sales team to achieve performance targets.
Build and maintain a strong team culture focused on accountability and collaboration.
Support recruitment efforts to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Provide training and mentorship on sales techniques, negotiation, and consultative selling.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales leadership (
Sales Manager, Team Leader, or equivalent).
Strong experience in B2B and SaaS/technology sales; knowledge of the beauty industry is an advantage.
Demonstrated success in team management and
business development.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
Basic English communication skills.
Personal laptop and reliable transportation required.
Quyền lợi
Base Salary: 12M - 20M VND (based on experience and capability).
Total Income: Up to 40M+ VND/month (including commission and bonuses).
Performance-based bonuses (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Full statutory benefits: Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
