Mô tả công việc
*Job description:
• To be responsible for new business opportunities by creating cold-calls; visiting and face-to-face meetings with customer . Promoting company services to all potential customers, including but not limited to just agents. Searching and approaching new agents/clients for US business.
• To constantly focus on finding new innovative solution to existing and prospective clients (rapport building).
• Regularly report the information of target customers to the superior. Under the guidance and supervision of the superior supervisor, follow up the target customers with goals, plans and methods, and complete the sales target.
• Handle freight negotiation & provide quotations to customers. Maintaining good relationship with overseas agents, clients, shippers/consignees and all relevant
• Follow up on outstanding payment & ensure collection.
• Do Sales & Market for Export Cargo for Dry Containers for Import & Export for FCL Business.
• Getting involve in pricing, quoting, RFQ and operational activities to make sure the best service to customers.
• To develop and manage local Clients (E-commerce customers) and in-line with the company's direction, annual sale target, revenue and profit growth.
• Following up cargo status and keep customers posted on progress, staying available whenever they need our prompt support.
• Other tasks and duty as per the assignment of Head Department and GM.
Yêu cầu
*Job requirement:
• 1-3 years of sales experience in Shipping/Sea freight forwarding, especially US routes and experience cross-border e-commerce logistics work is a plus.
• Graduated from colleges or universities relevant International Logistics, Business, International Trade, Marketing, E-commerce and other related subjects.
• Fluent in English (especially writing and speaking skills) or Proficiency in Mandarin (-HSK5)
• Able to work under high pressure and self motivate to overcome tough time
• Understand logistics market situation, especially EU trade
• Able to reach a certain target of volume in TP/EU trade within a specific timeline, candidates with onhand business will be highly considered.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
