Mô tả công việc
1. Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within the logistics industry. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients. Understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
3. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our logistics services and demonstrating their value.
4. Quotation and Proposal Creation: Generate accurate quotations and proposals in response to client inquiries. Ensure pricing competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.
5. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
6. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
7. Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular reports to management.
8. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Yêu cầu
• Under 01 year of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales within the logistics industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet business goals.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
