Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Yêu cầu
Proven sales experience in supply chain, specifically in warehousing & distribution industry.
Deep knowledge of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Fluent in spoken & written Chinese or English
