Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships to ensure a gradual increase in sales volume over time.
Collaboration with Carriers: Work closely with airlines and shipping companies to meet customer demands and ensure seamless logistics solutions.
Market Development: Develop domestic and international markets by identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients. Actively seek opportunities to expand the client base in both the local and broader markets.
Strategic Planning: Establish customer-focused orientations, long-term strategies, and short-term goals according to specific company requirements.
Sales Strategy: Build and implement sales plans and strategies in collaboration with management to achieve sales targets.

At least one year of sales experience in logistics
Strong communication and coordination skills
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Experience in customer service with Chinese customers is considered a significant plus.

Salary range (Gross) : 20 mil to 43 mil VND, negotiable based on candidate's qualifications and experience
Working hours: Monday to Friday at office and Saturday morning work from home
