Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets for APIs (Active pharma ingredients, raw materials)
• Cultivate lasting relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns that promote our API offerings.
• Negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with both company policies and customer requirements.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and seminars to network and promote our products.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for the management team.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
Yêu cầu
• 5+ years of experience in sales in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, with a focus on APIs, raw materials.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Must be Able to Read & Speak in English
• Fluent in Vietnamese Language
