• Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned market (Hanoi / Da Nang / Ho Chi Minh City).
• Build and lead a passionate, high-performance sales team.
• Identify, develop, and close B2B contracts with clients in manufacturing, trading, and service sectors.
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering value through ERP/HRM solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure customer success.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Report business performance and provide strategic insights to the leadership team.
● Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales leadership, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology sectors.
● Achievements: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
● Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
● Mindset: Growth-oriented, customer-first attitude, strong team spirit.
● Preferred: Experience with ERP/HRM solutions is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
