Develop and execute sales plans in line with the resort's business objectives.
Lead, coach, and manage the Sales team (
Sales Executives, Sales Coordinators).
Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities from multiple market segments (Corporate, MICE, OTA, Government, etc.).
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotions and branding campaigns.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and partners.
Prepare revenue reports, forecasts, and sales analysis for management.
Ensure achievement or overachievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in a Sales Manager or similar position in 4-5 star hotels/resorts.
Strong knowledge of hospitality sales markets, especially Corporate, MICE, and OTA.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven leadership and team management ability.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Other languages are a plus.
Strong client network within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
