We are seeking a highly motivated and multilingual Sales Manager to lead sales teams in the dynamic markets of Asia, specifically Vietnam, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. If you are a young, ambitious professional with a proven track record in running successful sales teams over the phone, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire multicultural sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Oversee sales operations conducted in Vietnams and English (mandatory), ensuring effective communication and seamless collaboration.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate and expand market presence across Asia, specifically Vietnam, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan.
• Analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize team productivity.
• Drive initiatives to enhance sales processes, increase conversion rates, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and execution of market expansion plans in the chosen region, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Adapt quickly to diverse cultural and business environments, leveraging language proficiency for effective communication.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a strong track record in leading successful outbound phone-based sales teams.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English is mandatory.
• Ambitious and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
