• Sales planning and execution in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
• Managing and monitoring implementation of commercial plans to guarantee the sales volumes and profitability defined in the plan, for each business initiative.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Search for potential distributors, and sales development in target channels.
• Order intake, revenue, and profits responsibility for Vietnam and Southeast Asia for low voltage products.
• Relationship management with the contractors and end clients in the region.
• Arranging technical seminars and marketing sessions for the contractors and end customers.
• Market intelligence and transparency responsibility for the department, market segmentation, and analysis.
• Analysis of competing brands, development of an effective competitive strategy, and formation of proposals for expanding the company's product range.
• Monitoring and improving key performance indicators related to sales for the region.
• Claim work, tracking payments, control of receivables to ensure stable cash flow from business activities, and achieve targets related to receivables.
• Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by Headquarters.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Sales Manager position or equally in low voltage electric equipment, building automation, lighting, Building Management Systems (BMS/IBMS), or related industries; candidates who have experience in working with foreign companies in similar industries are preferred.
• Electric/ Electronic Engineer.
• Available for frequent traveling (whole Vietnam);
• Strong sense of sales and customer orientation; have a business vision and mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Good English communication.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player across departments.
• Capabilities to work under pressure.
