Position Overview
We seek a dynamic Lab Sales Manager to lead our team of 6 Key Account Executives (KAEs) in managing the company's top 200 clinic & hospital accounts and driving aggressive expansion into Public and Private Hospitals (2025 priority). This role demands a leader who embodies ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence to sustain our rapid growth while fostering a high-performance culture.

Basic Requirements:
5+ years in IVD sales, including 2+ years managing sales teams in healthcare..
Proven success in B2B healthcare sales with a focus on execution excellence.
Fluency in written & spoken English.
Preferred Experience:
Background in diagnostics/lab industry with exposure to lab stakeholders.
Technical knowledge of lab tests (biochemistry, histopathology, etc.).
