Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
3-5 years' experience in sales management, preferably in seafood, food, FMCG, or export trading.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Market analysis and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English.
