Sales Manager - Formable Solutions

BillerudKorsnäs is now looking to recruit a Sales Manager for Formable Solutions, a global player. We are looking for a commercially driven person that can help increase sales of formable papers. We are looking for someone with a good knowledge and understanding of the packaging industry.
About the position
As our new Sales Manager you will be responsible for the business and sales development within the defined business segment, products and markets. In your role, you will initiate, maintain and develop existing and new customer relation. In order to drive sales and commercialize FibreForm solutions you will be working with all stakeholders in the value chain, such as packaging converters, pack producers, brand owners, retailers and packaging machine producers.
Among other tasks, this position includes:
Develop and execute a converter strategy for supporting Formable Solutions (FibreForm) sales in Central Europe.
Maximize revenue and margin generation by turning the Business Offer into sales.
Responsible for the establishment of commercial agreements with customers according to the company's policy.
Answer for and fulfil the sales budget for your customer portfolio according to strategy and business plan
Plan and execute activities to meet targets for volume, margin and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 10 years working experience in packaging development or packaging sales at a packaging producing company.
A degree in engineering, business or equivalent combination of work experience and education
Exceptional packaging technical & market knowledge.
Deep knowledge about our industry and our competitors.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Additional language desirable.
Above all you're a self-starter with entrepreneurial skills
You are
To be our candidate you have a commercial mind-set, are driven and flexible as well as innovative and strategic. You have strong negotiation skills in high-level commercial discussions. Finally, you drive a value based sales approach and capability to sell through-out the whole value chain.

The position can be located in Sweden (Stockholm or at any of our production sites), Germany (Hamburg), Italy (Milano), England (Nottingham) or France (Paris). You will be part of a large international business team and report to Business Director Solutions. Frequent travelling is expected, domestic and international.
