Mô tả công việc
1. Managing and operating the Sales Department running smoothly; Recruiting & developing and training sales team, building budget, sales policies,...;
2. Identify, analyze and develop business opportunities in order to bring about new business, maintain existing business and penetrate more business with an existing customer;
3. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with targeted and existing accounts, and ensures that sales professionals servicing the accounts receive updates on the status;
4. Developing and keeping strong sales and enterprise networks;
5. Developing and implementing strategies for transportation services (Air / Sea freight, logistics);
6. Developing a client relationship plan that will improve client satisfaction and improve client retention rates through consistent client engagement
7. Monitoring the services quality and ensure operation smoothness;
8. Controlling cost & seek opportunities to improve productivity;
9. Follows and acts on market trends and industry developments; Preparing managerial report;

Yêu cầu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Logistic/Transportation/foreignTrade or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in forwarder
- Good command of English/Vietnamese (both in oral & written communication).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to approach and persuade the client, gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
- Plan and organize to ensure the achievement of annual target.
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
