Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager based in HaNoi to lead and grow our business in the Electronic components, LED, IC chips, and electrical sub-materials sector. The role is remote-based and focuses on identifying opportunities, managing customer accounts, and driving sales growth in the Vietnam market.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Electronic components, chip-level electronics, and automotive/industrial electronic sub-materials.
• Identify and develop new B2B customers in relevant industries (OEMs, EMS, manufacturers, etc.).
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Understand and communicate technical specifications of electronic materials/products to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, logistics, technical support) to ensure successful order fulfillment and customer support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
• Proven experience in B2B sales in the electronics, LED, IC chips, or semiconductor components industry.
• Strong understanding of electronic parts distribution or sourcing (e.g., LED, IC, capacitors, connectors).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Native Vietnamese.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
• Based in Hanoi with ability to travel for customer visits when necessary.
