Core Tasks:
• Increase market turnover for Wurth VN
• Work in close collaboration with sales team to create customer relationship and enhance customer experience;
• Manage sales representative within defined region and ensure targets and objectives are achieved;
Responsibility:
• Ensure Sales representative are properly trained in accordance with expectations;
• Maintaining the number of employees in their Area within the planned budget;
• Ensuring Sales representative engage in ongoing training and support in relation of products, sales training, company goals and procedures as written from time to time;
• Conducting one-on-one talks with all Sales representative monthly with written goals;
• Providing direction and assistance to Sales representative in their Area in order to achieve their individual targets and goals and continuing growth of the customer base;
• Providing ongoing leadership to Sales representative in terms of vision and direction, moral, discipline, conflict resolution, management and career development;
• Travelling as often as possible with the Sales representative in the Area;
• Maintaining travel plans for each
Sales Engineers;
• Keeping the staff turnover rate in their Area at an acceptable level;
• Maintaining Customer Development Plan for all Sales Engineers;
• Maintaining sales representative cards for all Sales representative in their team;
• Visit and develop customers on a daily basis;
• Providing senior representation to customers in their Area and developing strategies for customers;
• Setting price and discount policies for customers;
• Promoting the company in public and with customers to the best of their ability.
