• The overall management of HORECA sales teams, the team
business developments, customer accounts management and customer service delivery in Vietnam;
• Being the driving force to promote and represent the interests of Perfetto;
• Develop and implement sales plans and sales budget to meet company objectives;
• Develop strategies to explore and gain for new businesses, expanding Perfetto's HORECA footprint;
• Implement sales strategy to maximize customer's spending by up and cross selling where appropriate;
• Monthly planning customers sales to target, while communicating and guiding HORECA sales teams;
• Analyse sales result and recommend relevant sales strategy approach to ensure company's optimal performance is always achieved;
• Lead, manage and assist HORECA sales teams achieving sales targets and KPIs;
• Effectively manage and develop HORECA's pipeline of opportunities while embracing CRM best practices;
• Thorough knowledge of Perfetto's core SDA (Small Domestic Appliances), Perfetto's HORECA portfolio and solutions;
• Able to communicate effectively between internal departments and external clients, and partners;
• Developing training programs, motivating, and managing staff effectively;
• Maintaining a harmonious working environment within HORECA sale team and to other business units of Perfetto;
• Proactive networking with external peer groups hence to expand HORECA opportunities;
• Willing to travel throughout Vietnam/region when required.
