Inspiring and leading the Sales team to deliver optimal performance and results
Establishing activity plans and revenue goals for each sales team member
Consistently providing training and professional development for the Sales department
Participating in important meetings alongside the sales team
Collaborating with the
Sales Director on account management strategies
Recognizing opportunities to enhance and streamline the sales process
Identifying potential markets and prospects for business expansion
Taking part in monthly meetings with senior leadership
Managing the full recruitment and selection process for the Sales team
Representing the company at industry events to generate new business opportunities
Serving as the organization's representative at sales-related events and conferences
Preparing monthly reports on sales performance versus budget, including variance analysis
