Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team.
Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the healthcare sector, both in private and government hospital.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients to achieve revenue objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving client inquiries and addressing issues promptly.
• Develop long-term partnerships with customers by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
• Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Forecast sales trends and adjust strategies to achieve financial goals.

Yêu cầu
Educational Background:
• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of success in the medical equipment sales.
Key Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive sales performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Industry Knowledge:
• Familiarity with medical equipment, devices, or related products.
• Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and purchasing processes.
