Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue and profit objectives.
Manage and grow the MT customer portfolio, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and retail chains.
Negotiate contracts, trading terms, and promotional programs with Buyers.
Conduct market and competitor analysis; identify consumer trends and propose actionable business solutions.
Supervise accounts receivable, resolve customer issues, and maintain service quality standards.
Recruit, train, and develop the MT sales team to strengthen capability and performance.
Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to execute sales campaigns, activations, in-store displays, and sampling activities.
Monitor sales results, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports for the
Sales Director.
