Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Wholesale & Distribution, $1500, ID 21603)
Establish, expand, and manage a network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers for sports products, with a focus on football/soccer and lifestyle products, across Southern Vietnam (from Da Nang southward).
Take responsibility for sales strategy planning, building and managing the sales team, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities and market trends to accurately forecast demand and identify new growth opportunities for the brand.
Maintain and optimize long-term relationships with key customers, support timely debt collection, and drive the growth potential of distributors/dealers.
Work closely with internal departments, including Logistics/Warehouse, Accounting, and affiliated business units, and directly participate in organizing trade shows and exhibitions to increase brand awareness.
Directly report business performance, progress, and results to the
Sales Director.
Requirement
Male, 30 - 40 years old
Bachelor's degree.
5 years in active sales environments, highlighted by at least 2 years in a managerial/distribution lead capacity within the sporting goods, apparel, or footwear sectors
