Mô tả công việc

1 . Sales growth
- Introduce services and quotes to new customers from available or self-seeking sources
- Expand the range of services provided to customers
- Approve quotations, checking contracts, deciding on professional issues within the jurisdiction
2 . Develop customer relations
- Solve customer problems arising in daily work in accordance with the authority
- Build a database of leads
- Contribute ideas to direct departments (CS, field, customs declaration ..) to improve service quality
3 . System development
- Research and advise the Board of Directors on market trends, solutions for brand development, potential projects ...
- Coordinate with other departments in the company to come up with new ideas, new solutions that can be provided to customers
- Participate in building a coordination process between departments
- Develop the scale of the department based on strengthening personnel, expanding the scope, fields and areas of operation
4 . Internal management
- Assign work, supervise and take responsibility for the results of the employees in the department
- Solve employee problems in accordance with the authority
- Organize training on skills and expertise for employees in the room
Build a workflow of departments in the room
5 . Other works
- Prepare periodic and unscheduled reports at the request of the Board of Directors

Yêu cầu

- Graduated from University or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience working in the logistics field at a minimum position as a sales person
- Proficient in at least 1 English, Chinese language
- In-depth understanding of the logistics industry, regularly updating the market situation
