Mô tả công việc
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms.
- Participate in RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Manage customer and partner data effectively using the CRM system.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales and account management reports.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and progress.
Business Development Manager:
- Close deals to bring in new business opportunities.
- Build a strong professional network and identify prospects through events and networking activities.
- Respond to inbound leads via email or conference calls promptly.
- Travel to meet prospective clients within the assigned region.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Account Manager:
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders in existing accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new clients after contract signing.
- Recommend valuable services and solutions tailored to the needs of current clients.
- Proactively maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to drive retention and growth.

Yêu cầu
Essential:
- 2+ year experience in Sales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Smart, aggressive, ambitious to conquer new challenges (to win deals)
- Good negotiation, time management, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Hard-working and self-accountable
Desirable (Good to have):
- Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in related position
- Background in IT industry, or selling products is preferred
- Experience in explaining AI applications and supporting implementation efforts
