1. Job Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals. The role focuses on guiding team members in finding new customers, resolving challenges in the sales process, and ensuring smooth operations within the department.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Team Management & Support
• Supervise and support the sales team in day-to-day activities.
• Provide guidance in identifying potential customers and expanding the customer network.
• Assist team members in handling customer inquiries, objections, and problem-solving during negotiations.
• Ensure smooth coordination between
sales staff and other departments.
• Training & Development
• Organize training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Mentor new team members for effective onboarding.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and teamwork.
• Customer Relationship Support
• Participate in key meetings with important customers to support the sales team.
• Help maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

Business Development• Identify opportunities in new customer segments or industries.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Reporting & Communication
• Prepare team progress reports and highlight challenges encountered.
• Act as a bridge between sales staff and senior management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Sales, with 3+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience in supporting and motivating sales teams rather than only focusing on personal KPIs.
• Good command of English (speaking & writing).
