We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the beauty and skincare industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a passion for driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and sales performance reports for management.
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
Set clear KPIs and monitor progress through regular coaching and reviews.
Foster a positive and performance-driven culture.
Business Development & Key Account Management
Expand distribution networks through partnerships with retailers, distributors, spas, clinics, and e-commerce platforms.
Manage and grow relationships with key clients and accounts.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms to optimize profitability.
Collaboration with Marketing & Operations
Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
Align sales activities with brand positioning and marketing strategy.
Coordinate with supply chain/operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG; at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of the beauty/skincare market and consumer trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel for business meetings, exhibitions, and market visits.
