Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales and marketing efforts for industrial products (cables, lighting,
low-voltage electricals, and security systems) throughout Vietnam; devise
effective sales strategies and guide the team to meet objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with crucial local and international clients;
create tailored solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Perform market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and relevant
policies, providing insightful reports to inform strategic adjustments.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle: from client onboarding and negotiations
to order processing, payment collection, and after-sales support.
• Work closely with supply chain and after-sales teams to ensure seamless
delivery and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Plan and engage in industry trade shows and networking events to enhance
brand presence in Vietnam.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and team leadership within Vietnam's industrial trade sector; established client relationships are advantageous.
• Proficient in Vietnamese, Chinese (Mandarin), and English, both spoken and written.
• Skilled in office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese typing.
• Strong skills in market development, negotiation, and customer relationship management; results-driven with a clear focus on objectives.
• In-depth understanding of Vietnam's import/export procedures, customs regulations, and the ability to resolve complex business challenges independently.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, ability to work under pressure, and effective cross-departmental collaboration; readiness to travel briefly as required.
