Sales Marketing Executive

Sales:

• Manage YÊN Living's Channel Manager and OTA accounts to ensure accuracy and optimization for our short-term revenues, occupancy, displayed information, promotions, etc.
• Carry out market/competitors' researches, monitor and analyze customers' behaviors to optimize our competitiveness as well occupancy level through adjusting room rates, developing new rate plans, promotions, service packages, etc.
• Be the main contact and work with existing and potential sales channels/sources as well as sales partners/agents to extend both long-term and short-term potential customer base.
• Be the main contact for potential guests/tenants as well as taking them for room viewings and carrying out necessary procedures to finalize their bookings or rental contracts.

Marketing:

• In charge of all marketing related materials (both online & offline) for the purpose of advertising/operations/employer branding, from planning to producing, printing, working with printing suppliers or publishing.
• Manage our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok), plan & execute periodical content plans as well as digital ads to optimize our brand/product awareness and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with the Customer Care department and be in charge of any marketing communication initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and our brand reputation.
• Support the Operations department with planning and executing any decoration initiative and event in the buildings.
