1. Content Marketing & Management:
• Plan, create, and manage high-quality content (posts, articles, videos, infographics, etc.) across all channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar to promote the college's programs and activities
• Collaborate with academic and admissions teams to craft compelling narratives around key courses, student testimonials, and industry partnerships in hospitality and culinary arts.
• Ensure all content is consistent with Pegasus International College's brand tone, voice, and messaging.
• Use SEO techniques or working with vendor to optimize all content for better search engine rankings and higher organic traffic.
• Cross-Platform Management: Manage content distribution across platforms such as the website, social media, email, and print materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with the college's branding.

Digital Marketing:
• Social Media Strategy: Create, execute, and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube to engage both prospective students and corporate partners.
• Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid digital marketing efforts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and ensure that these campaigns align with ongoing content marketing strategies.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns targeted at students, parents, and corporate clients to promote new courses, events, and partnerships.
4. Brand Management & Public Relations:
• Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels to strengthen Pegasus International College's brand identity in both the education and hospitality sectors.
• Public Relations: Develop relationships with local media outlets, create press releases, and manage communications to build the college's reputation within the community
5. Sales support
• Scheduling appointments and visiting existing customers to review product needs and determining other opportunities if needed
• Conducting
telesales calls, providing product quotes as required
• Continuously updating customers on product changes and modifications
• Performing maintenance and updating of customers' database including contact names for future sales
• Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures and tools by conducting survey and attending training and department meetings
6. Event promotion
• Promote key events, including open houses, recruitment fairs, and corporate workshops, both digitally and through traditional channels.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
o 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with specific experience in content marketing, digital advertising, and brand management.
o Experience in the education or hospitality industries is highly preferred
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media scheduling platforms, and email marketing software.
o Knowledge of basic graphic design software (Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
