Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our commercial strategy in the freight forwarding sector. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening client relationships across air, ocean, and logistics services. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets across all kinds of freight services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts
• Grow freehand business and expand agent business network
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
Marketing & Branding
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote services and brand visibility
• Manage
digital marketing initiatives including website, social media, and email outreach
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, industry events, and networking forums
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve issues and optimize service delivery
Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards
• Provide insights to senior management for strategic planning
