OverviewPrimal is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Membership Consultant to be the first friendly face for everyone discovering our group training community: Strength, Movement, Combat, Wellness, and Kids classes. You'll help people find the right program at Primal for their goals and make sure every member feels genuinely looked after.
This is not only a numbers role, but also a relationship role. If you love helping people commit to something good for themselves, and you're organized enough to make sure nothing falls through the cracks, this is for you.
What You'll Do
Welcome new members: Be the go-to person for anyone exploring Primal answer questions, book trial classes, and make sure their first experience feels great.
Guide the right fit: Help people choose the membership or class pack that actually matches their goals and schedule.
Stay close to members: Check in regularly, notice when someone's routine is dropping, and step in with a genuine conversation to help them stay on track.
Build community: Coordinate with the Members Services team to run programs, challenges, and events that give members more reasons to show up and bring friends.
Communicate where members are: Stay responsive and warm on WhatsApp and in-app messaging.
Track and report: Keep daily dashboards updated and share insights with Management and Coaches so we can keep improving the member experience.
Work as one team: Partner with Marketing on offers, Coaches on class feedback, and Operations on schedule changes.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in sales, customer success. Fitness industry experience is a plus.
Communication: Warm, clear, and genuine in both Vietnamese and English.
Organization: Comfortable with CRM or booking systems, Google Sheets/Excel, and keeping accurate records.
Mindset: Proactive, reliable, and motivated by helping people follow through. Open to occasional evenings/weekends.
People-first: You genuinely enjoy talking to people, and you're quick to solve a problem when a member needs help.

Growth in active memberships and revenue.
Trial-to-membership conversion rate.
Trial show-up rate.
Referrals generated and converted.
Member retention within your book.
