AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. Based on the basic philosophy "The customer first", we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity, and contribute to community life and culture.
Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer in AEON MALL Hue Celadon.
- Work location: AEON MALL Hue
- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays
- Job summary: Follow business & operation of tenants in shopping mall. Provide timely support to improve sales performance/ operation of tenants to achieve company targets.
Detailed job description:
1. Patrol the mall regularly to check tenants' situation and closely work with tenants for smooth operation (15%);
2. Analyze daily sales of tenants to figure out good and bad points, hold meetings with store managers to discuss their product display, staff performance, or cooperated events (if any) (15%);
3. Meet with store owners regularly to enhance relationship and push their sales (15%);
4. Acknowledge customer complaints and discuss with store managers to find proper solutions (10%);
5. Marketing support: support tenants' promotions and AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon's campaigns, and closely work with Marketing team to increase customer numbers and sales volume (15%);
7. Leasing support: support to lease storage/ billboards, handle in-out plan of tenants, and guide new tenants through all regulations and procedures to run their business smoothly (15%);
8. Process sales report and meeting preparations for tenants (10%);
9. Other duties as assigned by supervisors (5%).
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree, any field;
2. Candidates with 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related fields are preferred. Fresher can be trained;
3. Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
4. Good at Microsoft Office;
5. Have analyzing and customer focus mindset;
6. Good at teamwork and coping with stress;
7. Willing to work in shift.
