- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to
Sales Manager- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Accounting, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
- Participate in key negotiations and assist in closing high-value deals5. - Supporting the Sales Manager in daily operations.

Yêu cầu
Requirements
- Excellent Written and Spoken English.
- Communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Good mindset to be flexible, innovative, creative
- Work well in a team-based environment.
- Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems.
- Able to work under pressure with deadlines and focussed on identifying key issues and providing solutions.
- Strong Computer skills: MS Office, Windows, Word, Excel,
- Knowledge of MISA is preferred
- Have car driving license is preferred
Remuneration and Terms
- Salary Range 12m to 20m (++)
- Attractive remuneration package, and benefits depending on experience and qualification, with outstanding Performance Bonus
- 13th salary
- Holiday: 1 time/year
- Work time: From Monday to Friday (8.00 to 17.00);
- Commencement date to be negotiated, with immediate start preferred
- Work environment: Dynamic work environment, representing top brands with strong market positions.
