Mô tả công việc
* Overall
1. Assist Capability Manager in the implementation and ongoing development of the training curriculum, training activities
2. Set up sales performance fundamentals, KPIs for the whole team (GT, MT) & build/ propose "Best Practice tools" for sales team.
3. Provide Salesmen performance tracking & analysis of monthly/ quarterly
* Capability, Systems & Processes
• Develop and facilitate all capability review, sales training and processes; prepares training calendars and materials; and coordinates with HR to deploy all internal sales support related programs (Health Checks, Safe Driving, Soft skills training programs, etc.).
• Identify Sales teams and Distributors' capability needs and propose strategic solutions/ capability Improvement and enhancement.
• Propose Sales capability development plan through designing training and development programs. Monitor and develop training programs by different levels; provide efficient toolkits for Sales forces
• Well-coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to implement and roll out efficient training programs to Sales forces; performance tracking/ measurement/ evaluation & rewards
* Route to Market | Distribution & Perfect store
• Support Route to Market (RTM) and Distribution Assessment to build up distribution channels, to drive process disciplines, sales capability standards, data integrity, and field force effectiveness & efficiency
• Engage with sales teams to ensure discipline in deploying sales productivity and workload integrity, standard sales force execution & distributor's performance.
• Evaluate and propose right KPIs for field force to address distribution & perfect stores' objectives. Co-develop NR&PG force's skills to ensure they are capable & efficient in executing new user recruitment, delivering brand message & product proposition to shoppers, disciplines of in-store display & merchandising and sales off-take generation.
Yêu cầu
* Experience, Qualifications
• At least 2-3 years experience sales training/ field force position with established FMCG companies and proven track record. Used to work for international company/ training agencies is an advantage

• English: Good command in English
