Mô tả công việc
Perform data entry on the ERP platform.
Printing contract and submit to the authorized representative of the Company for signature.
Import archive files, track mail, and remind to retrieve documents.
Scan, upload scanned archive files, import contract and order tracking files.
Order office supplies for the sales department to company's human resources department.
Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems, ensuring the protection and confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
Track accounting reports to issue payment documents, including handing over documents to the accountant, sending/receiving mail to Reception.
Support the Team Leader and coordinate with members of the Sales Operation team.
Other administrative and secretarial work is assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
Solid knowledge of administrative recordkeeping and sales documentation.
Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
Good English skills are a plus.
