Sales Operation Executive

JOB PURPOSE
Optimize the strategy and adoption rate of the Picture of Success (PICOS) through:
Digitalizing measurement rules and monitoring execution results at outlets (executed by outsourced agency teams)
Leveraging data to propose improvements and enhance the adoption of PICOS strategies
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
DIGITALIZATION & EXECUTION PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS (65%)
Digitalize Design Standards:
Translate PICOS design strategies and layout guidelines into measurable KPIs within the management system
Establish validation rules to ensure market data accurately reflects standards on Availability, Forward Stock, Visibility, and Asset Compliance
Execution Gap Analysis:
Conduct periodic analysis to measure gaps between "Design" and actual "Execution" across channels (GT, MT)
Process large datasets to identify bottlenecks preventing the market from meeting PICOS standards
Visual Impact Measurement:
Develop Power BI dashboards to track real-time compliance with visual standards
Evaluate feasibility of new designs using field feedback data, and recommend adjustments based on regional or outlet/channel segmentation
DRIVE PICOS EXECUTION & ADOPTION (35%)
Enhance PICOS Awareness:
Collaborate with Sales Capability team to design training materials and learning journeys for Sales teams on PICOS standards and best execution practices
Work with Agency QC teams to analyze common errors and knowledge gaps, assessing overall awareness of PICOS standards
Improve PICOS Adoption: work closely with
Data & Digital team: to build Power BI dashboards visualizing market execution performance
Regional Market Execution & Regional Trade Activation teams: to improve training effectiveness and compliance with PICOS standards across different regions
