The Sales Operations Manager is overall responsible for business operations and working processes within the SALES division & based in Ho Chi Minh City, VIETNAM. The role involves having the responsibility over smooth sales operations, ensure working processes are implemented and procedures are followed. This role requires a leader who manages a TEAM of Sales coordinators and who is responsible for overall customer service levels to our SALES TEAM in Holland and/or directly to our clients.
The position reports directly into the MD (Dutch).
Essential duties and responsibilities
• Day to Day leadership of the Sales operations TEAM in Vietnam.
• Set KPI's for the Sales operations Team in Vietnam in close collaboration with HR.
• Responsible for a smooth alignment between Sales and Supply Chain management in both Vietnam and The Netherlands.
• Create, develop, maintain and improve working processes within the Sales operations division
• In collaboration with the HR manager, retain, train & recruit TEAM members in line with growth of the organization.
• Follow & implement best practices in Sales operation administration as well as increase customer service levels company-wide through training of subordinates.
• Verify accurate & timely entry of data in our TILSOFT ERP system - maintain discipline to TEAM.
• Support the sales operations TEAM in proactive solving of Sales/Supply chain management related matters on a daily base.
• Work closely together with R&D, Supply Chain management, Logistics and Sales TEAM in Holland to continuously improve work flow.
• Solve challenges on client delivery schedules and work closely with Sales TEAM in Holland to come to acceptable solutions.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Provides management direction and counseling. Supervises a TEAM of Junior/Senior sales coordinators.
Yêu cầu
• BA degree in Economics, International Business or similar, MBA preferred.
• Charismatic personality and have a flair of setting & delivering high customer service levels with the TEAM.

• 5 to 7 years' of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in Vietnamese & English, both oral and in writing.
• Familiar with ERP systems, MS Office.
• Solid communication & leadership skills
• Process driven personality with strong planning skills.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills.
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and comfortable to work effectively in a multi-cultural business environment across various departments in/outside our organization.
• Ability to work under high pressure.

• Strong public speaking & presentation skills.
• Preferably knowledge & passionate about (outdoor) furniture business
