Role Overview:
As the Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across our retail locations. This includes managing store performance, working with HQ management to develop strategies to drive revenue growth, boost company's reputation; implementing and maintaining effective SOPs and owning the P&L. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record in retail operations, leadership and
business development.
This is a growth-oriented role with a clear pathway to becoming the Country Manager.
Key responsibilities:
Sales & Business Performance
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, P&L management, execution of revenue-generating initiatives and effective management of our Vietnam business.
• Monitor store KPIs (sales, conversion, footfall, etc) and identify opportunities for improvement
• Able to see areas of opportunity of growth in both our retail business and department stores; address new customer and revenue growth opportunities leveraging existing base
• Work with Marketing & Content team to develop and implement effective campaigns that drive revenue growth
• Managing partnership with other brands for campaign collaboration, from proposing, planning to execution.
• Ability to propose and execute events, digital baby fairs, store opening
Operations Management
• Ensure the delivery and compliance of exceptional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout stores and continuously improve SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Ensure that team members are effectively supervised and well-trained to carry out their responsibilities and tasks.
• Lead weekly performance reviews and support store managers in action planning.
• Promote company brand and products through developing and maintaining professional standards of customer service, merchandising, displays, inventory management and administration.
• Drive Initiatives for customer loyalty, execute projects related in leveraging current retail presence.
Financial Management
• Take full ownership of the retail P&L
• Work with Finance team to develop revenue forecasts and budgets. Analyse financial statements and implement cost-control measures to meet profitability targets.
• Work with procurement team to buy stock efficiently and to achieve stock control targets in line with company guidelines
Team Leadership & training
• Manage and mentor a team of store manager and frontline staff
• Work closely with HR to hire, train and retain top talent
• Foster a performance-driven culture and lead with transparency and integrity
Strategic Planning & Growth
• Identify market trends and consumer insights to drive growth expansion; understand business terms and contribute to product mix.
• Actively participate in high-level strategic decisions and receive mentorship for transition into a country manager role.
