Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:15 PM, Mon-Fri
• Update Database, Crosscheck Figures & Update Standard Report
• Daily check Sell-in (SI), Sales order (SO), Delivery order (DO), and Inventory
• Weekly check dealer' inventory, Sell-through, Daily supply (D/S), doing sub-dealer report
• Doing report for top dealers
• Admin for E-warranty web/ system to consolidate E-warranty SO report
• Store Code creation, checking & create in Salesforce (Dealer & Sub-dealer)
• Make & Upload data sub-dealer (South & North) into system
• Supporting Bonus target setting and calculate achievement Sell-in and sell-out for salesman
• Other request from supervisors
Requirement
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, statistics, or related field
• English: Able to communicate in business level
• Good analytical skills, ability to analyze and document complex data issues
• Strong knowledge of Excel Power Query, power pivot, SQL
• Careful manner and attention to detail
• Multi-task handling skill and working under pressure
• Willingness to learn new thing
