- Drive forward looking sales strategies to grow pigment business by acquiring and developing new customers and establish a positive reputation as a valuable business partner committed to our customers' success
- Build a positive and long term relationship with existing key customers to retain and to motivate them to further grow existing business and explore opportunities in new potential business segment
- Explore opportunities in new business environments
- Implement continuous sales performance evaluations and improvements, to ensure a high level of customer's satisfaction and retention
- Maintain an excellent understanding of the technical applications of our new & current products and regularly update our customers.
- Develop and strengthen the sales team in terms of technical knowledge, sales techniques, communication and motivation
- Generate regional business support information which includes monitoring of key competitors, market statistics and trends to support business decision making.
Yêu cầu
- Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent
- Experience: NO NEED
- Language: English ( Upper-Intermediate Level ) - meeting with for foreign client.
- Accepted to business trip in HCM, DN and BD regularly
- Skill:
•Proactive and ability to identify opportunities for positive changes
•Self motivated and posses a strong drive to be challenged and to achieve
•Excellent people management, influencing and negotiation skills •Results oriented, well organized, with good project management skills •Demonstrated the ability to work with people at any level in an organization •Good in written, verbal communication and presentation skills =======================================================
