*Key Activities:
New price register for DOITs & DOFs:
- Monthly register new selling price to 34 DOITs & 34 DOFs in Nationwide.
- Direct submitting in Ho Chi Minh and others by courier.
Customer Statement:
- Send Customer Statement by email/ courier monthly - Quarterly - Yearly.
- Issue dunning letter to Customers when have bad debt cases or when sales request.
- Update monthly borrow/ loan/ deposit cylinder in month.
- Cylinder Reconciliation with Customers every 3 months.
Customers' Complaint:
- Record, Report & Follow up Customers' Complaint for B2B & B2C.
- SALSA Case Management for B2B.
- Input Customer's complaint of B2B in SALSA.
Reporting:
- Update daily Sale Volume Report when requested.
- Sending volume data to Managers when requested.
- Collect and prepare CS monthly reports (MBR).
Other Tasks:
- Update Data customer list.
- Calculating Gift Promotion Program.
- Monthly Pricing Cross Check 2 times per month (Selling price in SAP vs Selling price in PRF).
Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.
HSE TASKS FOR OFFICE STAFF:
- Participate in fire drills and be familiar with evacuation routes and assembly points.
- Ensure proper housekeeping by keeping walkways and emergency exits clear of obstructions.
- Report and document any workplace hazards, near-misses, or incidents to the appropriate personnel or HSE coordinator.
- Attend basic first aid training if requested by the Company.
- Safely store and use electrical equipment and promptly report any faulty or damaged devices.
- Stay informed about emergency contacts and procedures for medical or safety incidents within the office.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Business. Economics, Commercial or equivalent.
- Minimum 02 years of working experience in Reporting or Sales Operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel.
- Experience in using SAP will be a plus.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
- Good communication and teamwork.
