Job Requirements:
1. Language Proficiency
Fluent in Chinese (full professional proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to collaborate effectively with the Chinese team.
Native Vietnamese with basic English (preferred).
2. Local Market Expertise
Deep understanding of the Vietnamese industrial sector, particularly in manufacturing, construction engineering, or testing & certification.
Familiarity with local business practices, regulations, and customer needs in these industries.

Business DevelopmentMinimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical services (e.g., testing, inspection, certification, consulting).
Proven track record in client acquisition and account management (existing customer network is a plus).
Personal Attributes
Strong resilience and adaptability (frequent client visits and domestic/short-term international travel required).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred majors: Engineering, Science, Business, or Marketing).
