Mô tả công việc
- Create sales leads list of venues, and initiate sales and tasting meetings.
- Sign new venues and be sure to look after them as their main point of contact.
- Documentation of all marketing/promotional material given to venues.
- Achieve all sales targets set on a month by month basis. Understand that if targets are not met, salary restructure may be possible.
- Liaise with sales admin staff to enter all sales orders into our system and arrange delivery.
- Attend sales meetings as required
- Translate documents as required
- Organize contract signing and delivery
- Help accounting team to chase payments
- Deal with minor customer issues ETC
- Spot check venues twice a month for troubleshooting and discussion with managers about the needs our vendors have.
- Enter all information into the market research forms/ the system.
- Run training sessions for venues
- Liase with venues to plan collaborative events as needed
