Scope of Services:
Liaising with tour operators to promote business and execute promotional activities through sales blitzes, workshops, training sessions, email campaigns, flyers, WhatsApp, and emails.
Marketing company profiles, tour products & services to increase market awareness, identify opportunities, and develop sales channels and agent networks with the aim of driving sales growth and expanding market share.
Developing sales channels by identifying market opportunities and building strong networks with travel agents and partners.
Building and maintaining business relationships with key local travel agents and trade partners, acting as the representative office for information and assistance.
Participation in trade shows and roadshows organized in the U.S. with prior approval from the Head of Department (HOD).
Planning and organizing FAM trips to Vietnam for selected tour operators and travel agents from the U.S. market.
Conducting B2B training sessions to promote the company's travel programs and services.
Other mutually agreed project assignments that may arise from time to time.
Post-Sales Reporting & Deliverables
After each sales call, the Sales Representative is required to provide a detailed report to the company, outlining:
Activities undertaken
Outcomes and results
Recommendations and proposed strategy
Any concerns and suggested actions
Detailed expenses with receipts (if applicable)

Yêu cầu
At least 1 year of experience in sales, product development, or operations in the travel industry.
Proven experience in sales within the U.S. and Canada markets is required.
Strong knowledge of the travel market and partner networks in the U.S. & Canada.
Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage tasks remotely, and take initiative.
Willing to travel for business trips and attend travel trade shows and events.
Proven experience in sales within the U.S. and Canada markets is required.
Strong knowledge of the travel market and partner networks in the U.S. & Canada.
