• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in general industrial markets such as Automotive, E&E, Home Appliance, Healthcare, and assembly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and trials in collaboration with technical teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor
• Required language: English or Chinese (Chinese is prefered)
• Have experience in sales.
• The ability and desire to sell
• Excellent communication skills
• Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
• A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
• The skills to work both independently and as part of team
• The ability to flourish in a competitive environment
• Willing to travel extensively
