Develop new customers: proactively arrange appointments, conduct discussions, and finalize contracts with clients.
Collaborate closely with the Japanese Sales team and supporting staff to achieve individual and team revenue targets; manage projects and ensure a sufficient number of customer visits each month.
Work with the Design Department to provide optimized solutions to customers.
Update sales activities regularly on the internal Sales system.
Be willing to travel for business as required.
Staff based in Hanoi will receive a 2-week training program at the head office in Hai Phong.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
At least 1-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Good English communication skills.
Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and weekly work planning.
Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings is an advantage.
Preferred: Knowledge of aluminum profiles, machine modules, basic transmission systems; understanding of B2B sales; experience working in FDI companies.
Ability to work independently and proactively search for new customers.
Good reporting skills and willingness to share ideas and contribute to team development.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong service thinking.
Willing to take on new tasks in line with the company's business strategy.
Honest, responsible, and able to work under high pressure.
