I. MAIN ROLES
- Work closely with the Sales team in customer implementation and account management activities.
- Coordinate information between customers and internal operational departments to ensure shipments are handled effectively.
- Proactively monitor, resolve arising issues, and continuously improve customer experience.
- Contribute to building long-term customer relationships, supporting company revenue growth and service reputation.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the Sales team in consulting customers, developing logistics solutions, and preparing service quotations.
- Collaborate with related departments to execute shipments, monitor progress, and ensure service quality.
- Receive, handle, and provide timely responses to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Proactively update customers regarding shipment status, solutions, and related information.
- Maintain, support, and develop relationships with assigned customers.
- Assist in contract negotiation, completion of agreements, and related documentation.
- Coordinate in monitoring outstanding payments and supporting debt collection activities.
- Prepare regular reports and perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Logistics Operations.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Careful, proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a desire for long-term career development in the Logistics industry.

IV. WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: Morning 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Afternoon 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
- Saturday: Morning 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays off per month).
