Mô tả công việc
Digital Transformation Leadership:
Lead the implementation of sales force enhancements and integrations to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Promote the adoption of digital tools and processes among the sales team to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
Trend Analysis and Innovation:
Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Salesforce and sales technology.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and enhance Salesforce effectiveness and efficiency.
Recommend and implement new technologies, features, and methodologies to optimize salesforce performance and drive business growth.
Change Management:
Develop change management strategies to support the adoption of new Salesforce capabilities and processes among sales team members.
Building change story and provide training, support, and guidance to sales representatives and managers to facilitate the transition to new tools and workflows.
Monitor user feedback and address any issues or concerns to ensure a smooth and successful change implementation.
Act as data and business process custodian, define GAP/Manual workload within daily operation.
Co-partnership with ICT:
Collaborate closely with ICT department to design architecture and integration systems across the company.
Ensure strict adherence to company's data management processes in daily operations and the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, and currency.

Yêu cầu
At least 5 year working experience in DMS; minimum 1 year as a manager role with team leading.
Proven experience in digital transformation, project management, and change management, with a focus on Salesforce
People management: Lead, coach, develop and appraise subordinates
Required skills: Excellent leadership, business acumen, effectively communication, negotiation/problem solving, analysis skills and stakeholder management skills.
Other skills: Project management, presentation
Proficient in both Vietnamese & English communication skills
Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
