**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a Sales Technical Specialist who will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical expertise and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and sales skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Technical Sales Support:** Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations.
2. **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
3. **Solution Design:** Work closely with clients to understand their material handling challenges and develop customized solutions that address their specific requirements.
4. **Product Knowledge:** Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in material handling technology and products, and effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
5. **Sales Strategy:** Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
6. **Market Analysis:** Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth, and provide insights to the sales team.
7. **Training and Education:** Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on product features, usage, and maintenance to ensure a thorough understanding of our solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the material handling industry.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English languages.
