• Taking care of daily requests from direct customers or travel agents as assigned by
Sales Manager• Send follow-up emails to get the final feedback from them for our proposal
• Ensure a smooth communication with direct customers and travel agents
• Enquiries must be responded within 12 hours
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all services are booked and ready at least 1 week prior to arrival date
• Follow up payments with customers and travel agents
• Make sure that all trips sold by you are mistake-fee and run smoothly
• Participate in site inspection trips as required to have practical experiences about destinations, local services and suppliers
• Report regularly about any issues, problem and complaints from customers/travel agents to your Managers
• Other tasks if required by the Sales Manager.
• Fresh graduate are welcome, but previous experiences in working at a similar position in inbound tourism or domestic tourism sectors are advantage;
• Good knowledge of foreign customers' expectations and willingness to meet their demands
• Good knowledge of travel destinations, history and culture of Vietnam
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill with high professionalism
• Good in negotiation skill and carefulness
• Customer and result oriented with good business mindset
• Fluent in spoken English and good at written English
• Proficient in computer: Microsoft office, excel, outlook and internet
• Able to work in dependently and in a team environment
• Able to work under pressure
• We are also welcome less experienced staff member to join as reservation executive and you will be trained to be a qualified sales person to join our sales team.
