Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling and designing personalized travel experiences for international clients. Your key tasks include:
Travel Consultant & Client Relationship Management
• Directly communicate with English-speaking clients to sell bespoke tours.
• Provide clients with detailed destination insights to enhance their travel experience.
• Respond to inquiries with tailored proposals and quotations within 24 hours based on
clients' preferences.
• Follow up with clients proactively to close deals and increase conversions.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell destinations and services
• Confirm bookings, and issue travel documents & invoices
• Collaborate with the Operations & Reservations team to ensure smooth service execution.
• Build long-term relationships with clients while delivering personalized, expert travel
consultation to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely client payments and manage related financial transactions.
Internal Development & Team Contribution
• Learn and stay confident with company systems, products, and operational procedures
• Sharing useful travel insights and best practices with colleagues
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, customer experience, and team effectiveness.
• Support team learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
